Yoga: Chair (Beginner) Tips

It looks like a chair. Or does it?:

1) Put your two arms forward

2) Put your end of your foot off but your toes touch

3) Bend your leg and balance

4) Done!

This is a good yoga for sitting down B)  This time i cant say 'Photo Request' because it takes me long. But anyways, Good job! Have a nice weekday/weekend! And when you see 'Photo Request' on the labels, It means i want some photos. But just CALM down and chill this yoga!
