1) Select a Mii if you have one.
2) Look! Your new friend is here! Please hear his instruction and please don't skip it if you don't know what to do
3) Tell what height, birthday and where you born
4) Stay still so the Wii check what gravity you're on.
5) Is your clothes light, Heavy or others? You will play a body test game to see if you're healthy and fit.
6) Light: The balance game: Here's some tips to help you out. Try to do one leg hard and other leg light so it could go to the blue line. If you can't balance, feel free to hold a object/people. Hard: Numbers game: try to focus on the screen or you can call a friend/family to help you out.
7) Wait for your Wii Fitness Age. See if it match your age, Lower or higher!
