Ready? Are you steady? Follow the tips!:
1) Turn yourself right and the left foot have to be on the Wii Board but the other foot got to be on the carpet.
2) Your two arms have to be straight.
3) Bend your left leg and the other one straight.
4) Do the same in another leg
5) Done!
What did you feel when you bend your leg? This is one of our favourite Yoga. Let see if you can do it.
