Yoga: Half-Moon (Beginner) Tips



In the second yoga, we have, The Half-Moon Pose. Here are the tips:

1) Step on the Wii Board

2) Stretch your two arms up in the air

3) Hold your two arms up in the air then go right.

4) Then go left with your arms

5) Back to normal and Done!

That's all you did! How amazing your progress is. This yoga is great for stretching yourself up. Great work!
