Yoga: Standing Knee (Beginner) Tips

This is our favourite balancing exercise too! Let see what it is:

1) Stand on your Wii Board

2) Pick one leg with your two arms

3) Lift it up and go up and down slowly and keep the red circle on the yellow oval

4) Do the same in another leg

5) Done!

That was a tough job you got. Are you sweaty enough? This Wii Game is such fun!
