Yoga: Tree (Beginner) Tips

This one really...really...... Balancing exercise!:

1) Stand on the Wii Board

2) Put your left leg near your bottom

3) Put both of your hands together and go up in the air

4) Do the same in other leg

5) Done!

Did you trip over? This is one of our favourite balancing game. To..... Um..... Medium...... For me?
